Job summary

The Red Hat Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will work very closely with business leaders to perform diverse functions like business support, facilitate various high impact programs, documentation, enablement, etc. You will also cooperate frequently with the various cross functional teams to help identify and eliminate the inefficiencies related to the execution.This is a phenomenal opportunity to make a difference at the world's leading open source technology company.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Analyze various aspects of enterprise business

  • Guide sales methodologies across the Asia Pacific (APAC) to ensure consistency and efficiencies

  • Manage programs related to Telco, global accounts, account planning, etc.

  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Oversee trainings and enablement

  • Define rules of engagement and lead its governance

  • Deploy programs and policies and ensure their alignment

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in sales operations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and deadlines to achieve goals and expectations

  • Ability to work and grow as part of a diverse team while demonstrating flexibility and ability to make things happen

  • Capability to maintain positive attitude in difficult and challenging circumstances

  • Experience in CRM tools
