Job summary

The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for sales pipeline management, account planning, and reporting support. You'll work closely with the Southeast Asia (ASEAN) Field Sales team and provide them with sales training and data analysis. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will also work with regional Operations, Finance, and IT teams on projects and tools to improve sales productivity.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Perform sales pipeline management

  • Take care of account territory assignment

  • Conduct sales training and refresher sessions for new hires and those in need proactively

  • Support sales representatives with cross-functional collaborations with teams like Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, etc.

  • Support launches of new tools and other Asia Pacific (APAC) Global operations initiatives and activities

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales operations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and deadlines to achieve goals and expectations

  • Ability to work and grow as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility and ability to make things happen

  • Capability to maintain a positive focus in difficult and challenging circumstances

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
