Coordinate projects across six regions and make an impact on sales productivity. The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Enterprise team is looking for a Program Manager for the Global Renewals Program to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate across various functions to effectively support APAC Enterprise and SBD programs and projects. You’ll coordinate the program's sub-projects and manage interdependencies and leading indicators including oversight of any risks and issues arising. As a Program Manager, you will also focus on change management planning and you’ll help guide its adoption within Enterprise teams and across the wider business.
Primary job responsibilities
Lead APAC Enterprise Sales programs and projects
Guide the use of accepted project management methodologies and principles in all Enterprise Sales projects
Communicate, guide, and train the internal Enterprise teams on a developed identified framework, guiding adoption and clarity of purpose
Manage and lead projects from project through definition to closure
Monitor, measure, and report project progress, making sure that all key stakeholders are kept informed
Identify and manage risks in all deliverables
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver team solutions
Maintain project documentation and manage project communications and project roadmaps
Support the alignment of projects to the Enterprise Strategy and Sales strategic goals
Introduce and guide adoption of a resource planning platform to allow appropriate impact analysis and resource allocation
Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to gather input, deliver against deliverables, and align where needed; serve as the global process owner where needed
Guide decision-making and support successful implementation
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a quantitative field; MBA is a plus
5-7 years of related professional experience in marketing or operations program management
Experience program managing larger multi-regional programs and projects
Formal training in project methodologies and understanding of Enterprise sales practices
Solid relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
