The Red Hat IT team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will work with a constantly expanding team of functional and technical analysts who support and configure financial solutions relating to global finance. This global team configures, enhances, and implements financial solutions to support the global teams in all aspects of finance, treasury, tax, reporting, and daily operations. You’ll work with the local finance team to support our current Oracle EBS footprint and our recent implementation of Synchro. You'll also help manage new product implementation to extend the team's suite of products and work closely with finance customers to resolve their operational and production issues and manage enhancements and new requirements relating to Oracle and Synchro.
Primary job responsibilities
Contribute to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
Support Oracle EBS footprint and recent implementation of Synchro, Nfe in all Latin America countries
Help customers resolve operational and production issues
Manage new product implementations
Assist with enhancements and new requirements relations to Oracle and Synchro
Work close to finance business playing a relationship manager role
Working knowledge of Oracle underlying data; experience with Oracle 12.1.3 configurations
Track record in configuring Oracle 12 and Synchro to meet business requirements
Solid financial implementation experience; in-depth understanding of business requirements that can be translated into solution documents
Knowledge of the core financials (AR, AP, PO, and GL); well-versed in trading community architecture (TCA) and application object library (AOL)
Working experience with system administration, including creating users, user roles, responsibilities, request groups, menus, registering concurrent programs, and defining value sets and descriptive flexfields
10+ years of working experience with financial modules and Synchro
Wide implementation experience with Oracle Financials, including at least one major end-to-end implementation; R12 experience is an advantage
Background in SQL
Solid written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Spanish is a major plus
Extensive troubleshooting skills; ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Good leadership ability to lead issues and projects to conclusion
Good team player; ability to work with a diverse group of people who reside in different locations
Solution- and customer-focused
Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements
The following is considered a plus:
Knowledge of EBTax and SLA
Oracle BI Publisher experience
Project management experience or certification in accounting or project management
