Job summary

Work collaboratively with multicultural teams to improve business and create solutions that serve both Red Hat and our Turkey customers. The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Turkey. In this role, you will support the Country Manager and the Key Account Manager with large deals. You’ll manage all renewal opportunities on your own, including selling, coordinating with different stakeholders, and working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) to promote opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a key account manager by providing quotes and pricing and by responding to sales inquiries

  • Work with customers to identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities; optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Work with our customer relationship management (CRM) tools and manage the entire sales process

  • Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities in our customer contact database; schedule follow-up activities as needed

  • Update and manage the pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts

  • Work with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and Operations teams across the region to facilitate deals and make sure all necessary information is provided

  • Support the Country Manager (schedule customer meetings and manage agenda when requested)

Required skills

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated success in a similar technology or software sales support role like outside, inside, or telesales or sales administration

  • Record of achieving sales and personal goals

  • Understanding of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing

  • High-quality customer service skills

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility

  • Ability to work well within a senior team and coordinate complex activities in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated and committed
