Job summary

The North America Red Hat Training and Certification team is looking for a Partner Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with our Senior Partner Manager to lead training bookings through our Channel Partners and the Red Hat Training reseller community. You'll need to have excellent communication and marketing skills, a history of successful partner management and previous experience with implementation of Partner Sales Enablement activities.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing programs with Partners

  • Provide sales training and other sales enablement activities with key Red Hat Training Partners

  • Collaborate with Red Hat marketing teams to develop and design key Partner marketing initiatives

  • Attend forecast calls with key Red Hat Partners

  • Support existing partner program activities with the Red Hat Distribution Channel

  • Collaborate with Red Hat Training Sales teams for Partner sales opportunities

  • Work with Red Hat Partners on Red Hat Learning subscription renewal opportunities

  • Attend monthly sales and marketing face-to-face meetings with local training partners

  • Support partner-led virtual and live events

  • Assist the senior training partner manager in setting and implementing Partner Program Strategic initiatives

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 4+ years of channel management experience

  • History of meeting sales and bookings objective

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

  • Positive attitude and good work ethic

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Good understanding of partner sales and marketing

  • Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
