The Red Hat People team is looking for a Director for the Employment Brand and Talent programs to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will play a critical role in taking Red Hat’s talent attraction strategy to the next level as we continue to grow and scale for the future. You’ll be responsible for evangelizing the Employer Value Proposition and bringing innovative new attraction ideas to life at Red Hat by leading the team responsible for Employment Branding strategy. You’ll use social media, events, marketing, and communications aligned to the Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition strategies. We will need you to help us define and integrate key strategies while managing the ongoing success of the strategic relationships, initiatives, and programs through impact measures.
Primary job responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition regional leaders to develop and execute strategies that enhance the organization's visibility in key recruiting markets
Help position Red Hat as an innovative employer of choice among target candidates
Lead and manage the workforce planning and talent supply and demand analysis
Create the future Employment Branding strategy that effectively articulates Red Hat’s associate value proposition in order to attract top talent
Lead and enable employer branding activities including but not limited to social media campaigns, webinars & seminars, case study development, industry conference/organization activations, etc.
Manage digital engagement activities including SEO/SEM, video creation/distribution, blogs, e-newsletters, etc.
Leverage social media and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to support Talent Acquisition partners in connecting with a broad and diverse talent network
Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide strategy and support for talent attraction solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Intern and Campus Programs, Onboarding, etc.
Manage the day-to-day effectiveness of our career sites to ensure talent attraction content is maintained while leveraging web trends and analytics to drive campaign management and candidate experience.
Work with key stakeholders to assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent attraction strategies to aid the business in acquiring the requisite skills and capabilities
Develop and implement metrics to measure effectiveness and value of programs
Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employment branding, and/or talent acquisition operations.
5+ years of leadership or management experience
Demonstrated track record of success creating strategic talent programs that support aggressive business growth in a highly specialized and competitive market
Experience developing and managing an annual budget, metrics, and key performance goals
Global experience is a highly preferred
