The Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team in is looking for a Facilities operations Office Administrator to join us in Ra'anana, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and office facilities. You’ll lead the local workplace health, safety, and environment protection programs, ensuring security compliance and monitoring issue tracker tickets for the office and in the region. As a Facilities Operations Office Administrator, you’ll follow workplace strategy protocols for the office and manage contractors on site.
Primary job responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for employees and vendors regarding all local facilities issues
Coordinate activities between teams and outside parties
Use company Mojo site and other computer based systems (i.e., Google Drive, Archibus, or Oracle); be responsible for maintaining the Mojo site and Google Drive folders shared within the team
Cover reception as required
Be responsible for local SSBR programs, leading safety, security, and business resiliency initiatives for the local office
Implement global or regional facilities programs as required by law and company guidelines
Participate in regional team committees
Lead the office environmental programs
Assist in managing the day-to-day office budget; offer analysis information as needed
Assist in preparations of annual facilities budget for the local office
Negotiate directly with local vendors to provide proper services and supplies to the office as needed
Coordinate all maintenance and repair issues between the building property management and outside vendors
Coordinate and manage the repair and maintenance of office equipment
Asisat with space planning for the office and coordinate the setup for the associates
Purchase equipment like additional chairs, desks, etc.
Ensure that any issues which arise on the risk and hazard assessments are dealt with in a timely manner
Assist with small and large buildout project management
Assist with all office events that are led by your team
Take charge of site branding and swag
4+ years of experience in a similar role and industry in a global high-tech company
Attention to detail, extensive experience in most responsibilities as listed in the job description; advanced skills in developing systems and processes for a smooth office operation
Enthusiasm and positive attitude toward challenges and ability to work as part of a team
Passionate and committed to providing the best experience possible for Red Hat's associates
Motivated with the ability to work with little direct support
Able to handle multiple priorities
Solid written and verbal language skills in English and professional business appearance
Good understanding of how spreadsheets, slides, and office applications work
