The Red Hat Telco Sales team is looking for a Network Ecosystem Sales Partner to join us in Mexico City. In this role, you’ll guide network transformation revenue through alignment between Red Hat Telco Account teams and each of the strategic partners who have met the Red Hat program criteria to deliver network transformation solutions on the standard Telco level. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with regional sales leadership of our most strategic partners for the region. To effectively perform these responsibilities, we’ll require you to have experience in both managing partner relationships and guiding direct sales, as well as a deep understanding of network ecosystem and related business models. This role will be based in Latin America (LATAM) reporting to the head of Emerging Sales for the region and coordinating closely with counterparts in the other regions.
Primary job responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist at the client site, addressing the technical, development, and strategic alignment between Red Hat and the NEPs
Manage business opportunities and define software solutions in the NEP space
Spearhead proofs of concepts including groups of partners needed
Learn new technologies in both infrastructure and application modernization and apply those concepts to customer needs and align with the NEPs solutions
Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services and education capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk
Present creative ideas in the community by producing exceptional white papers and webinars and by speaking at high-profile industry conferences
15+ years of cumulative experience within NEPs with a technical and sales backgrounds, advanced business development skills and consultative selling experience
4+ years in NFV Infrastructure (NFVI) solutions experience, with focus on NFVI, OSS or BSS, radio networks (RAN), private and public cloud, and data center infrastructure
Willingness to travel up to 50% mainly within LATAM
Advanced knowledge of English language, ideally 80%
Experience presenting to C level executives
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services
Demonstrated ability to work with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
Track record of successfully delivering business results to coordinate our joint sales pursuits with partners
Technical presales background is a plus
Coding experience is an advantage
