Job summary

The Red Hat Enterprise team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join us in Shanghai, China. In this role, you'll be an important part of our Field Sales team in Shanghai working within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). You'll be responsible for building new relationships and expanding and improving business with assigned customers, as well as all aspects of the sale activities.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Carry out the enterprise sales activities focusing on Finance and Insurances industry in East China region

  • Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships in target accounts by serving as the key contact with senior executives and business owners of IT services in customer organizations

  • Identify new business opportunities and new accounts

Required skills

  • 8-12 years of experience within the IT and software industry with practical experience with infrastructure related software, middleware and integration software

  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment, having held progressive and proven sales record

  • Experience in the FSI industry and a comprehensive network of executive level industry contacts

  • Solid experience in creating and implementing Account Development Planning

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Ability to address customer requests in a timely manner

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building solid client relationships
