Job summary

Work with multicultural internal and external teams to improve business and create solutions that serve Red Hat and our top-tier German customers. The Red Hat Manufacturing Sales team in Germany is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager with large deals and manage other opportunities on your own. Your responsibilities will include selling, coordinating different stakeholders, and working with (SFDC) to guide opportunities through the complete sales-cycle.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Work together with key account managers on dedicated accounts and support and create upsell business

  • Sell the company's offerings, systems, or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned accounts

  • Lead qualification for dedicated key accounts

  • Be responsible for forecasting quality and pipeline management

  • Be responsible for tracking customer data in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool

  • Prepare complex bids and contracts

Required skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes

  • Demonstrated accountability by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner

  • Ability to apply deep technical knowledge of offerings, systems, and services

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
