The Red Hat Talent Acquisition team in is looking for a Talent Recruiting Intern to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will work alongside our recruiters as a valued team member while gaining experience in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including campus recruitment programs, job postings, sourcing candidates, social media, facilitating interviews, and more.
Primary job responsibilities
Write and post positions to job boards, update applicant tracking, and maintain other systems
Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring their experience when visiting the Red Hat site for interviews is enjoyable and runs smoothly
Help maintain sourcing channels, especially on social media, and encourage associates to refer their friends to Red Hat's job openings
Prepare documentation including HR reports, and management reports
Support important initiatives like campus recruiting
Excellent communication skills
Some experience and deep interest in sales and marketing
Excellent language skills in English
Ability to work as an intern for 4 days per week over the course of 4+ months
Hard-working and willing to learn new things, as well as interested and excited about working in the recruitment industry
