Red Hat's Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing operational support to the Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Services leadership team. You'll serve as the main point of contact between country managers and executives, focusing on the Services team’s business and other operational activities. You’ll also work with, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support projects that develop repeatable and scalable processes for business support. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be expected to collaborate on change management (CM) to help your team and the whole of Red Hat improve performance by continuously reshaping the way in which we work and use resources to accomplish our goals.
Primary job responsibilities
Contribute to the development or improvement of systems that track or capture data to make it more effective
Work with regional and global teams to guide system enhancement and standardization for the APAC region
Review and analyze order pipeline, bookings, reporting, and sales productivity
Provide business support for services reporting and dashboarding in customer relationship management (CRM)
Work toward streamlining engagement with the services vendor to guide and operationalize key strategic business initiatives
Maintain and document current and future process flows according to business and functional requirements
Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in sales support or enablement, e.g., sales operations, financial analysis, product management, customer support, marketing, business consulting, or other relevant department
Good analytical skills and experience to assess large data sets and observe patterns or trends of relevance
High attention to detail; ability to monitor, manage, and track impending deadlines and present data accurately to support decision-making
Ability to analyze complex system and process issues and communicate them in simple and understandable terms to customers and internal sales professionals
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple Operations team members and senior management
Experience producing quality documentation of business processes, requirements, and potential solutions
Demonstrated experience providing quality service to internal and external customers
Desire to be part of a company that is redefining the entire software industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
