Red Hat Marketing Manager - Partner Programs in Remote, Washington

The Red Hat Global Partner Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join us. In this role, you will work closely with Red Hat's diverse and growing community of top Certified Cloud Solutions Provider (CCSP) channel partners. You will also help scale the broader CCSP partner ecosystem to ensure go-to-market strategies are appropriate and accessible to Red Hat's global field marketing teams as they grow the customer base for Red Hat’s complete portfolio available through the CCSP route. Primary job responsibilities
Define and evolve top-tier CCSP partners go-to-market strategies on a global scale and manage the associated marketing materials including social media for program awareness, collateral development, web property messaging, and nurture campaign initiatives
Develop a complete internal strategy for Red Hat's field marketing and sales teams to carry out marketing programs to create awareness of Red Hat solutions, educate and support partners, and increase the pipeline
Manage recruitment assets to be used by our field sales and distributors with new partner prospects
Contribute to our global partner advisory council for top CCSP executives; help secure Red Hat Summit support, sponsorships, etc.
Maintain campaigns, identify best practices, and provide event or campaign support for activities funded from the marketing development funds (MDF)in collaboration with partners and field marketing teams
Create global 1-to-many campaigns that can be standardized across partner segments and geographies for broad and consistent coverage
Ensure there is a continuously updated set of campaign materials and co-marketing assets available on our partner portal and strategic alliance web properties for wide-distribution to our general CCSP partners
Assist in building out broader CCSP messaging or "campaigns in a box" and delivering this content to the broader Red Hat team for use in corporate and field campaigns
Manage and analyze global data on these partners for ROI metrics and report these out to the regional teams
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in marketing a plus
5-7 years of channel marketing or service marketing experience
Cloud marketing experience
Experience working with IT partners to develop and carry out joint marketing plans
Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and work under tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in meeting marketing program goals to grow market share in this segment
